• We specialize in in-fill construction, which means we build new homes in the place of previous homes, keeping in mind the design style of the neighborhood

Design

• For spec homes, we design the homes in-house and send the plans to a draftsperson to create the official construction drawings
• In the case of pre-sold homes, we work with the future homeowner or their designer to come up with a design
• We always keep the design intent of the neighborhood in mind when designing homes so the new home fits with the existing properties in an established neighborhood

Construction

• The construction is completed in-house by our experienced team
• Copper Bay Homes is a licensed general contractor and insured through Tarion in the province of Ontario
• We have an excellent team of sub-contractors who are ready to take on any challenge
• Apart from custom homes, we also build mid-rise apartment buildings and low-rise commercial buildings
